Went to the Bryant Park Holiday Shops with Allison Fine. We had food there, and did a lot of holiday shopping. Also went to the gift shop in the NYPL main branch research library and did shopping there too. Came home by the 7 train. Teamed my friend. Texted with Elizabeth. she's fine.

Went to Scott's DDI Holiday Party for the residnts and staff and families of the adult residental program. It was out on Long Island and Allison Fine went with me.

Got addresses from Denise Olivo Schieffer last night so I did more of my holiday cards today. Braved the rain and cold to go to the post office to buy stamps and mail them. My turtle food was delivered thankfully.

Slept very late, then got up and, after breakfast, called 311 about the front door again. No joy. I also contacted Petco about my repeat delivery that never showed up. Looks like it was delivered wrong. I'm supposed to get a replacement but I don't know when.

Not a very exciting day. Put in a Shipt order. Took down my Thanksgiving decorations. Registered and paid for Arisia. Went to the Starsky and Hutch Creative work session, chatted and had fun but got no writing done.

Went to my Al-anon meeting this morning, and the diner afterward. Took the bus home and went to the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat, caught the last few minutes of Huggy Bear and the Turkey, The chat ended a bit earlier than usual so I took a short nap. Teamed my friend. That's about all.

Got Scott from the group home today, posting early so he can go to bed. Stopped at McDonalds on the way back for lunch, got him baked ziti via Seamless for inner. Listened to music all evening. Teamed my friend. Now have to get the air mattress set up for Scott. Happy day before Thanksgiving all.

It's still very hot in here, but I got some windows open a small amount (can't open them too wide cause I have no screens to keep the cat from getting out) and that helps. Swept and mopped the living room floor.

Spent the day shopping with Allison Fine. Started with sushi for lunch, then Bath and Bodyworks, Trader Joe's, Stop and Shop, severeal discount stores, and then back here to Allison's place.

Met Allison Fine on the bus and we went to the College Point shopping center. Had lunch a Buffalo Wild Wings. Then went to T J Max and BJs. I got new shoes.

Thought I had a meeting in Manhattan today but somehow I got the date wrong and it was two days ago. No big deal. Was supposed to meet Allison Fine at Bryant Park at 1 so I killed time in Grand Central, and the NY Public Library til then.

Had two more prescriptions to pick up in Flushing so I went in and got them. Also called Scott's group home to arrange for our Thanksgiving. Teamed my friend. Talked to Elizabeth, she's fine. Called Allison Fine to make plans for tomorrow. That's about all I did.

Still snuffily but feeling good enough to be out and about. Went to Flushing to pick up a prescription and get some boxed holiday cards. After going to several places I got the cards in Marshalls.

My cold is better. Spent most of the day in bed asleep. Did put in a Shipt order. Also Teamed my friend. And called Scott, who is fine and looking forward to Thanksgiving. Called Allison Fine, just to touch base. That's all.

I have a cold. Began to suspect it last night, woke up this morning certain. Took some store brand Dayquil and went to my Al-anon meeting, where I was the speaker.

Yesterday went to BJs and ShopRite with Allison Fine, then to watch 911 and 911:Nashville together, Called Scott, he's fine. Went out somewhere and had fun. We had dinner after and got talking and talked so long I ended up spending the night.
