A word on rules of war. If a civilian hospital is used to commit, outside their humanitarian duties, acts harmful to the enemy, then protection shall cease to exist. If Shifa Hospital has multiple hamas underground complexes, then the conditions of Art. 19 GVA Convention kick in.
