What about minimum limits? Teams will never fully fill the roster due to the transfer portal and recruiting.

Yes, but the settlement is trying to include them in the class. Thus, wouldn't they be subject to the roster limits? 🤷♂️

I look to the 8:17 to 7:45 mark of the 2nd half. The Duke lead went from 14 to 8 in 32 seconds.
I can’t remember but I think Kon only had 1 or 2 shot attempts in the 2nd half and had only 2 points from the run of play.
