How long before a misclassification suit is filed?
June 7, 2025 at 5:28 AM
The SEC, ACC, Big Ten, and Big XII use the NCAA and other conferences as a legislative & administrative shield.

What about maximum caps without minimum requirements?

Bills of attainder…another unconstitutional effort by this administration.

Article I, section 9 & 10.

By those who objected and are part of the Fontenot case?
April 15, 2025 at 1:58 PM
Thank you for providing this.

Is there a possibility that the settlement terms, if approved, will be successfully implemented before any further litigation occurs in response to those terms?

I'm not a finance expert, but this recipe doesn't seem very good.

Dollar ⬇️
Long-term yield ⬆️
GDP Contraction ✅
Stagnate Wages ✅
Tariffs ✅
Business Costs ⬆️
Consumer Costs ⬆️
Government Debt Service ⬆️

Also, take a look at Ethereum ETFs on February 3, the same day the President issued an EO delaying the implementation of additional 25% tariffs on imports from Canada & Mexico.

Specifically, FETH, ETHE, and ETH.

I’m no scholar, but generally a strong military requires a strong economy to sustain it.

Ahh yes, the “‘momma knows best fallacy.”

It’s a classic.
April 8, 2025 at 9:43 PM
Do you know the percentage of student-athletes on scholarship?

Only 57% of Division I athletes receive some form of athletic grant-in-aid, ranging from a “full ride” to a book scholarship.

NPR might want to re-read the ruling. This wasn't a win at all.
April 8, 2025 at 3:04 AM
What about minimum limits? Teams will never fully fill the roster due to the transfer portal and recruiting.
April 7, 2025 at 7:05 PM
Yes, but the settlement is trying to include them in the class. Thus, wouldn't they be subject to the roster limits? 🤷‍♂️
April 7, 2025 at 6:59 PM
When does grandfathering stop? What prevents future athletes from litigating their earned spot on the roster?
April 7, 2025 at 6:54 PM
For both parties, right?
April 7, 2025 at 6:29 PM
I was too late getting into the webinar. It was already at capacity.

Thanks for all the updates.
April 7, 2025 at 6:07 PM
Is this the plaintiffs?

Roster limits are not PCJs, they are a concession.
April 7, 2025 at 6:04 PM
Those are concessions from the negotiation with the NCAA, not PCJs.
April 7, 2025 at 5:29 PM
Back to the negotiating table? What’s the vibe?
April 7, 2025 at 5:18 PM
I look to the 8:17 to 7:45 mark of the 2nd half. The Duke lead went from 14 to 8 in 32 seconds.

I can’t remember but I think Kon only had 1 or 2 shot attempts in the 2nd half and had only 2 points from the run of play.
