Different techniques may be used from one sector to another. I think it’s worth analysing separately how this works in urban built-up areas and in rural terrain. 14/

The enemy also has options. Instead of penetration, they can organise full-scale assaults where they have become stuck, or where there are chances for a breakthrough. Or they can continue to seep in and disorganise our defence. 13/

From my own experience in Bakhmut I can say that a group of “mavik” operators can be very mobile with relatively little equipment. At the same time, unlike assault troops, they have better access to foot logistics to sustain their operations. 11/

Likely, together with supplies they drop batteries for radios to their fighters, through which they receive information on group status and pass orders. Progress in certain zones can be visually monitored using reconnaissance front-line quadcopters. 10/

From an organisational point of view this is serious work. Commanding assault elements that have pushed into our defence must be a difficult task. Although the Russians probably have enough man-hours to plan routes, rally points, etc. 9/

Over time the goal would be to push the defenders out or to isolate them on their positions, cut off from their own rear. Perhaps the enemy hopes that eventually, in a certain area, they will amass a critical number of soldiers to take full control there. 8/

Plan may be that in the area of interest where they are seeping in, their drone operators block logistics, rotations, evacuations, etc.,to the extent that after some time they can accumulate their fighters in the diffusion zone to a degree that makes it impossible for us to hold it systematically. 7

Unfortunately, not without some success, given their systematic work in this direction combined with improvements in the technological component, longer drone range, and more effective drone employment. In this way they try to take control of ground-logistics routes and isolate infiltration zones. 6

Since the russians implement penetration tactics aimed at creating chaos in our defence in the offensive formation, these movements likely cause even greater disruptions to communications. The russians try to compensate for that by cutting off our logistics. 5/

They depend on resupply from the air. Logistics by drones is limited by payload capacity and is not guaranteed, because the drone—or the drone team—expected to deliver a package may for various reasons fail to complete the mission. 4/

The point is that no matter how many fighters the russians throw into the gaps, they still form a sparse mass of forces that lack consistent communications with their rear, do not operate as a coherent unit, but rather as disparate groups acting according to circumstances. 3/

Forces are breaking apart the very concept of a front line.
In places the penetration becomes mutual, which already implies a flip side of the coin for the enemy: if our forces penetrate between battle formations, the enemy no longer controls the process. 2/

Все це нам знову нагадує, що росіяни постійно навчаються і в цій війні накопичили величезний досвід. Вони надалі застосовують його проти нас і можуть застосувати проти тих, хто готовий до зіткнення з таким противником гірше, ніж ми були і є. 14/

Від однієї ділянки до іншої можуть використовувати різні прийоми.Гадаю окремо варто аналізувати як це працює в міській забудові та на сільській місцевості. 13/

Давно не таємниця, що старлінки у росіян є і вони успішно їх використовують. Далі у противника є опції. Замість проникнення, організовувати повноцінні штурми там, де вперлися, або там де є шанси на прорив. Або продовжувати просочування і дезорганізацію нашої оборони. 12/

Імовірно разом з провізією вони скидають своїм бійцям акумулятори для рацій, через які отримують інформацію про стан групи та передають їй команди. Візуально контролювати просування в певних зонах можна за допомогою розвідувальних коптерів переднього краю. 10/

Щоб з часом витіснити оборонців або ізолювати їх на їх позиціях, відрізаних від власного тилу. Можливо противник сподівається, що з часом в певній зоні вони накопичать критичну кількість своїх солдатів щоб взяти там повний контроль. 8/
