I think so. On iOS it’s called voice over and just reads a tapped item. But on other systems it might be called something like “narrator”

I downloaded Twitter because I thought an artist friend was on it (they weren’t)—I lasted less than 30 minutes before I deleted it lol.

What I do is I copy and paste the layer, make it see through, and then trace over the resize
It doesn’t work for fully rendered pieces.
