For reading it myself, definitely the first person perspective. Although I do a lot of narration of vore stories for close friends, and the 3rd person is what I gravitate towards for that.

So both usually, but preference for first person

Really slow and/or multi stage digestion and post digestion sentient fat holding is nice, as well as full tour. Really any type of vore and any post-vore scenes as well... Sentient fat, reformation or post endo aftercare/cuddling, or the more explicit post-digestion scenes.
