I'm 52. I learned cursive in 2nd grade in Fort Wayne, Indiana, but when we moved to Marshfield, Wisconsin halfway through the year, it was forbidden by my 2nd grade teacher there. I still use it most of the time, as handwriting was an easy A for me and my form isn't a complete mess (yet).
