I hope I’m misreading this or that there’s another perspective I’m not considering, because otherwise you’re embracing the same logic used to brand ABDL’s as enablers of pedophilia, the same logic that prompted other furries to try and police the community through mass reports of babyfurs on FA.

This is an object fetish. What triggers the turn on is the presence of said object, not whether the one in diapers happens to be a kid. It’s not required to view something like art of toddlers in diapers through the lens of kink when they can be boiled down to baby pictures based on media.
February 20, 2025 at 3:32 PM
When you don’t explain your basis behind it, this take comes off as confusing at best and a dangerous misunderstanding of how a diaper fetish works at worst.

If you’re saying this on the basis that putting kids in content catered to the ABDL community sexualizes minors, that’s some faulty logic.

I'm not so sure about that given Sonic's known for being quite the glizzy gobbler.

Intimidating in what regard?
February 19, 2025 at 12:27 AM
Plain and simple, what triggers the turn-on is the concept of a person/character wearing and/or using diapers, not the fact said diapered individual may be a child. Claims conflating babyfur with pedophilia fall apart the moment you realize this.

Sanrio characters deserve WAY more babyfur/kid-coded content. Always glad to see creators doing them justice.

Also, I can’t get over Kuromi’s little baby pitchfork, lmao. Too cute

The point artist tier list critics want people to take is that it’s wrong to hierarchize creators, which I agree with, yet those same people make appreciation posts only meant for visual artists when that’s just a less explicit kind of hierarchization.

More people need to realize this hypocrisy.

Such actions send the message that visual art is the only kind of content the community should care about, that creators who don’t draw don’t matter as much.

The fact everyone’s talking about exclusionary practices in the community only when visual artists are affected by them proves my point.

Adding to this, it must be said how the community’s attempts at lifting creators up often needlessly creates “odd men out”.

Stuff like the “Draw Your Mutuals” and the many “Share your fav ABDL artwork/artists” posts are particularly frustrating in how they exclude non-visual means of expression.

All that needs to be done is for such posts to be rephrased as “Who’s an ABDL creator you like?”. That way, all kinds of content creators can be included, not just the ones who can draw.

Haha, nice. Making pamps balloon while wearing balloons!

On another note, if had a nickel for every time some random ass AI software shill account liked my replies specifically to your posts, I'd have two nickels, which isn't much but it's weird it's happened twice.

Oh yea, I understand, and I'm not disagreeing that it'd be nice if more people made content of what they're most passionate about. I'm just pointing out that, for several, the issue of artists sacrificing passion for popularity isn't just one of authenticity.
December 22, 2024 at 2:22 AM
When ones popularity can decide whether or not they can pay rent, especially with freelance work focused on a niche fetish in which PTO and employer-based insurance aren't a thing, several don't have much choice.

What you're describing is more of a capitalism issue than that of individual artists.

Fine by me. You can DM it to me if you'd like.

You want to dedicate whole days to wholly creative and crinkly pursuits, but all you can salvage is simply some pockets of time in between the hustle and bustle of life.

There's my lengthy and silly way of saying "I get ya" Adulting is hard, something I've also learned since I got a job last month.
December 14, 2024 at 11:22 PM
You've got all those ideas bouncing, bouncing, bouncing in your head, all those diapered character concepts demanding to be let out like backed up bowels begging to be purged into a pair of Pampers, perhaps to the point such thoughts distract you amidst daily life, yet in your mind they must remain.
December 14, 2024 at 11:15 PM
I'm late to this, but I totally feel you, especially given how time-intensive the creative process can be in itself, be it for visual art or writing. It's one thing to not have the motivation to create, but it's a whole other beast to have the desire but lack the time to thoroughly fulfill it.
December 14, 2024 at 11:04 PM
Server link? Lmao, I'd love to join in on this, espeically given there are all kinds of cute and diaperable characters that don't get much diaper content all that often (i.e. Shin Megami Tensei/Persona demons and certain Pokémon and Sanrio characters)
