tbh still haven’t fully gotten used to the fact that homophobia isn’t a socially acceptable position in this country. they were talking about having an lgbt+ section at the bookstore where i volunteer & it just struck me. same day they were raiding gay bars in r*ssia lol

conclave. is fucking insane. one of those movies that feels like it was made for me specifically. cinematography, soundtrack, sound design, sets… and The Themes. man…… movies🥴

i expect its not an uncommon thing but i enjoy writing in part because it makes me feel less alone when i get to come up with people whose feelings and motivations i understand (since i created them)

also we randomly got snow the other day (doesn’t really happen here) - the snow was shit (wet) but i was very pleased nonetheless
