The redundancy of the corporate world drives me insane. Why do you need me to send in a separate form in with a W-9 that regurgitates the information already on the W-9? I've got enough on my plate without having to baby the people ABOVE me.

I'd like to know who at Microsoft was hurt so badly by an email attachment that they cursed everyone who uses Outlook with a coin flip for whether their attachment actually sends with the email or not.
