In good news after 20+ years of chronic pain I started PT finally (it got bad enough to stop me from sleeping... and breathing lmao) and I am in both pain and relief at the same time but God damn does a hot shower with a pressure setting heal me

Something I implemented early this year was being more aware of "multitasking" and not engaging in it so much (YES as someone with autism/ADHD/ anxiety) and can confirm I've notice my brain start activity disliking it and craving single focus. Good stuff!
