ABDL fan trying out some writing stuff. 18+ only, please. Profile pic primarily drawn by https://bsky.app/profile/babystar.bsky.social, with the wings scribbled on/drawn by me.
If I find the literal metal tin full of Pokémon cards I have somewhere, I'll let you know. Been doing a lot of cleaning of stuff from a decade ago, so I might actually find it.

Late to the party: do you have a favorite melee weapon?
February 11, 2026 at 3:57 AM
Don't worry, I'm sure the highly muscular old man who is both half metal and half pockets, whose appearance changes drastically every time he's seen, is surprisingly easy to draw (joking).

What's something/someone you've wanted to draw but, for one reason it another, haven't had the chance to? Alternatively, what's something you like, but don't want to draw?

Oh, also: Arfus said that I was an "Anonymous Commissioner", that was because I had failed to respond over the last few days after getting the comm.

I get it, feel like first person games tend to need more of a... I guess holistic approach? It sells itself more on immersion, making the littlest detail important.

Awesome, glad you enjoy both

Favorite soup? If you don't like soup, what else do you eat when you feel sick? (also trying to subtly encourage you to take care of yourself while sick, but I recognize that might be wierd from a stranger so... Sending Normal Sympathy Vibes to You.)

Who is your favorite side character in your art? Not one of the ones to appear regularly, but somebody who just has a couple appearances that people might not have thought much of, or even noticed.

What makes the engine evil? And if it is built that way, is it truly the engine's fault for working as intended?

Okay, but seriously, what's your favorite type of game (puzzle video game, tabletop rpg, blackjack, metroidvania, etc)?

Is there a movie you enjoy that people are surprised to hear you like? Also, favorite piece of media you read/saw/heard for the first time last year?

You specifically got me into it, funnily enough. Ended up a Kinger fan more than anything, but I do love what you've done with the characters so far, including on substar.

We're here for you, not just one aspect of you, and yeah, I can definitely sympathize. I feel your frustration with the bullshit you've had to deal with, and hope things go well for you.

The wings are great, but my personal favorite bits are the little rings on the abdomen. Haven't figured out how to put them on an anthropomorphized character in a diaper (where does the abdomen go?) but I really wish I could. Maybe the sides of the torso...

(the majority of the art piece was done by @babystar.bsky.social, who let me doodle the wings, due to how much I loved the design on the real creature. I know I got the wings backwards, consider it artistic license I guess.)

Silky, a specific variety of silkmoth (Callosoma promethea) who is a scavenger of magical artifacts in a fantasy setting (and gets caught up in embarrassing circumstances as a result). Love the month's patterning, and while the moth species is big, Silky is rather short (they're under 5ft)

Love that series, Vin is probably one of my favorite character types, and Sanderson's magic systems are always very solidly done.

(Q from Star Trek voice) "Eat any good books lately?"
(but seriously, anything you've read for fun recently that you enjoyed?)
November 11, 2025 at 3:51 PM
What's your favorite kind of setting (modern day, fantasy, historical period, sci fi, etc) or genre (mystery, action, horror, etc) to read/watch? Is this notably different from stories you like to tell?
October 7, 2025 at 5:43 PM
But isn't the end-result the same? An empty-headed pilot crawling around, unable to tell the difference between high-end mech combat and clumsily smashing toys together. Leaving presents for a handler to clean up while staring gleefully into nothing and babbling into a pacifier. Good [Pilot/Baby]!
September 27, 2025 at 3:54 AM
Then again, what about neural offloading? After all, why keep the software responsible for all the important parts behind something as corruptible as human brain tissue? Better to keep all that limb control, visual processing, and higher data processing in the mech, instead of in a pilot (3/4?)
September 27, 2025 at 3:47 AM
Alternatively, maybe it's a result of piloting a machine too long: now your limbs feel clumsy and wobbly compared to The Machine (stuck crawling), your mouth is nothing like the speaker systems (babbling), unfiltered HUD-less light confuses (can't see most things) and, well... (padded & stinky)(2/3)
September 27, 2025 at 3:44 AM
I can see this possibly going a couple different ways, and each of them is very interesting to me. One idea is that of an intentional control/prep system, basically keeping a pilot's brainmatter "fresh" and their big-state proprietary to whoever has the right codes or hook-up. (1/3)
