Just really goes to show how much "diversity" is a basically just a buzz word for Big Tech. A checkbox that can be ticked once their "AI" bots can use up all the associated vocabulary. A Black Mirror fueled nightmare.

Ditto. Have one of those "all the best" cards with a number of really nice messages from former co-workers and I'll admit that when I sometimes feel down I'll take a peek to cheer myself up. The fact that this is actual writing does make it a nice plus.

To be fair, if you're using something like this to get people gifts then I'm not convinced that the gifts you prepared beforehand were better thought out.

Which one is your favorite? I've read only two myself; High Fidelity and About a Boy and I have very fond memories of the latter.
