got back to my apartment a few days ago after staying with my parents but I've just been drinking all the time I need to reduce my alcohol consumption

I get out of hospital (non ed) today and I was so happy to start fasting again but I'm not allowed back to my apartment, my mum wants to observe me for the next 2 weeks at least, potentially for the next month. I have gained so much since I got in here, I'm going to scream
