How do you get better about this? I have the same problem.
As someone who never played the original, when I got the achievement "Enter the Otherworld for the first time" I was thinking how cool it could have been to have been placed there and have to discover for myself, but how instead I had an achievement spell it out for me. It kinda ruined that moment.

Dead Space 3 🥺 We got improved story with DS1 remake, and the gameplay was brought up to the standard of DS2.
I guess DS3 was ruined by the terrible monetisation which turned people against the meh weapon customisation system (which they didn't need since every weapon in 2/3 was iconic).
