They were showing Shakedown outside the venue live and I was like holy shit, I have to get down there right now! Called my friend and we immediately left the burbs and headed into town. I had no idea about the scene at that point, at all.

They were showing Shakedown outside the venue live and I was like holy shit, I have to get down there right now! Called my friend and we immediately left the burbs and headed into town. I had no idea about the scene at that point, at all.

Was working at a record store in those days, and you could always count on this one to sell a stack of cds at the register whenever we put it on. Thanks for the reminder!

This first set was such a rollercoaster! Combine that craziness with the black pyramids going around back then…melted..
at setbreak, I was on my way out the door in full panic mode when I ran into a friend in the same headspace and thankfully the lights went out for set two and we held in there. 😵💫
