I'll say i'm *heavily* sceptical of Dean Solomans motivations for joining the board, a Sheedy affiliate who didn't do or say anything for the club during its struggling period and pops up in a board election year with minimal warning.

Forgot to say Langford kicked 5-6 goals and was the most damaging.
Last training day of 2024 completed. Long 3 hour session this morning. I could not make it but good friend notes:
Redman and Martin playing lengthy stints in the midfield.
Training had good intensity.
Draper marking and moving very well.
Tsatas ball use was very good
El-Hawli half back

Full respect to Solly but i'd like to see him put in some work without a title and be in and around the footy club like Andrew Welsh did ahead of his push.

genuinely curious as to why people feel that we need more 'change' at Essendon.

after doing so Weston particulary REEKS of a typical boys club member, more interested in aggrandising the past than any effort to return to a power club.

Kaine Baldwin is still training with the team and you'd imagine has a good shot at securing that position but that would leave us without a spot for the MSD which has been a goldmine for us of recent.

Hard to imagine when i watched season 1 but Arcane season 2 was even better, genuine masterpiece.
Music was phenomenal but thats something Riot/League of Legends has done even into the videogame content.

Baldwin was running laps at training also today.
Side note: Alwyn Davey's fitness has dramatically improved. Was in front for awhile in end of session endurance running
