We all have heard of the Great Depression, what we are experiencing now is the Great Aggression- when the usurpers of the United States government become relentlessly aggressive towards the majority of the people and democratic process. “ This aggression will not stand.”

Sometimes you gotta get small to get it all. This is the magnificent Calypso Orchid only about 6 centimeters tall but what a beauty. A saprophytic plant that blooms in undisturbed forest floor in the PNW

Texture and motion are such a great combination. For that reason I used micro coats of layered polymer concrete to emulate the motion of the ocean for this abstracted wave.

As an Impressionist focuses on light I focus on motion, does that make me kinecist? I think so. Resilience-beeswax encaustic on wood panel-sold #art #encaustic #seastar #starfish #resilience #focus

If Google can be used as a weapon of colonization where are the tech geniuses that can de-colonize? Or better yet, re-indigenize.

Just a thought-It seems prudent to prioritize addressing the bird flu epidemic that could potentially wipe out the entire egg and poultry industry of the US and potentially mutate to spread to humans, than immigration or tariffs, am I wrong?

George Orwell missed by 40+ years and multiple big brothers (tech bros) that are watching us, but tragically prescient about too many things.

A dark day for human art history.TikTok was the collective “cave wall” for humanity with access to a smartphone. Sure there was a lot 💩 on the wall, but there was also some great perspectives, amazing inspiration, and some “dangerous” questions. Art inspires evolution. Beware of those that ban art.

Do chameleons all have this color range or is this a pet store pallet reserved for lizards that have never been in natural surroundings? I think they were signaling me for rescue🙃

When in overwhelm I paint pray, meaning I’m not painting to sell, I’m painting to have a metaphysical affect on something I have no physical power over. This oil on copper painting is a prayer of resilience to all of those facing insurmountable odds,”Copper Coyote “ stay curious-create on!

Ever notice how these publicity capturing billionaires want to portray themselves as the friendly big brother type? just wanting to protect the little guy?while putting a chokehold on the dissemination of information and telling us not to question the un-questionable?🤔I have🤮 seems so familiar

I am grateful that we have National Native American History month to reflect on during this time of “The Great Unveiling” imagine waking up to a world surrounded by desecrators that have the power and intent to destroy everything you hold sacred yet staying resilient and un-conquered. Create on!🖖

I’m a little sad that I can’t post in a long rectangle format, just square. I paint on 7 ft wood panels and they feel great to stand in front of, square format not so good, I believe the “thumbnail” aspect of viewing art has had a negative impact on art history at large. Nuance is dead. Graphic wins
