To be entrusted with a cup means I have something to pour into others, and room to be filled when I’m in need.

The measure of a life isn’t in the level of the liquid—it’s in the reverence for the cup.

I love y'all 🫂

The world may focus on the contents, but I focus on the fact that I’m still standing, still holding, still capable.

Some will argue over optimism and pessimism, but I choose to stand in grounded awareness.

It's about perspective.
It’s about gratitude.

So my answer is simple:
I’m thankful I have a cup.

Because to have a vessel—any vessel at all—is to have the ability to carry, to receive, to give, and to grow.
