this is all just PR damage control. the use of genAI has been kbown for MONTHS, since the game came out. it was released with an AI slop poster. even after removing it after being called out by some gaming news articles they didn't do a statement like this. this is not regtmret for doing wrong+

sandfall is only backtracking due to being yelled at hell and back. it's only to try and save face. I do not trust them for anything at all. same goes for larian if they decide to not use it anymore
