Doing all of these individually is extremely smart & indicating the bench likely has a plan.
Individual cases like this don't get appealed & overturned (that's why the volume). Soon, I believe/ hope they will issue a sweeping order to stop all detentions w/ this monumental case load to back it up.

Hate to say it but...
ALTHOUGH there have been MANY times when the @nytimes.com has done it's best to enable the worst of the Trump Administration...
In the specific case of these 2 MN MURDERS, they have been at the FOREFRONT of ensuring truth is known w/ their video analysis.
I thank them for that.

Hate to say it but...
