M4A would pay for proven treatments, just like every other comparable system does. The medical system would be heavily incentivize to negotiate, just like with drugs. Nurses should definitely be paid more and interns and residents are drastically underpaid

I’m paying more in taxes and 8-12% is often still less than the current system which you know. We are not going to lose access to medication and care because the government doesn’t pay for anything — taxpayers do. The idea that the current system is efficient is naive
