I know from firsthand experience that twitter/X is compromised.
I read a few books on twitter in english which exposed the indian states multiple genocides of Sikhs and without any warning or valid reason, twitter/ X mysteriously dissapeared the account.

I think he's saying that he doesn't believe it affected the outcome. Not that there was no meddling. Regardless of his individual circumstances no foreign governments should be meddling in any Canadian political races at any level.
