Da es nix mit Nyx wurde, musste ich den Schrank mit alten Cosplays plündern, aber das ist auch OK. Eska und Yennefer habe ich schon lange nicht mehr getragen und der Vorteil wird sein, dass ich mir keine Gedanken machen muss, überall hängen zu bleiben xD
Vielleicht bleibe ich auch ganz zivil.

I may have scrapped this cosplay for Connichi but I'm still working on this part of the wig.

I don't think the video properly conveys the actual effect of all that glitter but I love how it looks in real life.
And now that this thing is finished it's going somewhere where it can shed in peace while I put the vacuum cleaner to work 🙃

I wanted to be fancy and use a glittery fabric for the lining of the cape but I sewed the wrong sides together 😩
I now have to decide what's going to annoy me more: redo everything or shed glitter everywhere.
I'm afraid it's option b so seam ripping it is 🙃

No idea if I'm going to be able to access it later but I love hedging the option.

I noticed some weird stains but they are only visible in certain lighting conditions and are towards the center back so I'm not too concerned.

Apart from the gold paint I also added a thin layer of silver watercolour on his hair and skin.
While I was applying the paint, I realised what I was doing. It's ok, feel free to make the obvious Twilight joke 😂
