All that said, though, the members of Itzy - Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryong, and Yuna - are fucking amazing athletes and stunning performers. I hope they eventually get the post-idol careers they aspire to.

It is difficult to completely enjoy Itzy's amazing work and accomplishments when I know they are suffering constantly. Yes, I know they "chose" this career. But the KPop machine grinds up children and spits them out, damaged and broken, when they cannot continue suffering anymore.

There are only two things about Itzy (that I am aware of) that I am not a fan of. First, that all of them seem to have joint disorders and I know they will be in pain all their lives. Second, I dislike how much they discuss how hungry they are. I DETEST the starvation of idols. It's abuse.

I actually started rewatching the recent Tom Hiddleston series, The Night Manager. Not one of my favorites, but, well, Hiddleston.
