Trans men won't be forced into the women's toilets by this ruling. Trans men will be vulnerable to being made more likely to get UTIs being uncertain if they are safe to use the men's, while being legally deterred from the women's toilets.

The purpose of this construction of law and policy isn't to keep trans people out of spaces but to uphold the idea that the sex distinction itself is a coherent and meaningful division, and then punish everyone who shows it to be full of shit for having the audacity to exist.

It then falls on us gender deviants, the trans women and men and other trans identities, on butch women, muscular women, tall women, to self police themselves into conformity with a system that is designed to make our lives more impossible than they used to be.
