Trump wants to raise endowment tax on colleges (with endowment funds of $500k or more per student) from 1.4% to 14%. This guy gives two options if it happens. Wouldn't a third option be to admit more students? Become less "elite"

Today I took my students to downtown Mobile via public transit (“the bus!?!”) and it wasn’t nearly as bad as they thought it would be. One of them even said “this is actually kinda fun.”

Just finished this book. Thought-provoking and inspiring. Magnifies the power of local communities. Underscores the fact that knowledge is not scarce!
