Last week, a UPS CS agent told me that I had to stay up UNTIL FUCKING MIDNIGHT to receive a package that was out for delivery a second time. Why didn't it get delivered the first day? 'External factors.' What external factors? No one could give me a straight answer.

They delivered it around 10:30pm

It gave me a 403 error, so I'm guessing it's not at all good news.
