We had our first 2MWh month of solar production this month.

We exported 1.7MWh of that to the grid. ☀️🏡🔋⚡️

Today’s home power plant stats:

Generated 30kWh of solar.

Exported 20kWh to the grid during the day.

Charged our home battery.

Exported another 5kWh as the sun went down and the grid needed it.

15kW of solar and a 13.5kWh battery covered us for peak Adelaide summer energy use during a 40° day.

Topped up the car, kept the house cool, recharged the home battery, exported battery power to the grid when it was struggling, and still generated 33kW more than we used.
