In an ideal world, a person who was being investigated by the house ethics committee wouldn't even be under consideration
I *want* to be able to say that Senate Republicans have enough integrity not to vote for people like Tulsi Gabbard and Matt Gaetz… but I’d be a fool to ever bet on Republicans doing the right thing and rebuking the Godking.
