In NM this am tree dies well no problem. We actually can take some invasive as it is so dry nothing lives well without irrigation.

Be ware what GSA does. They set up, fund and manage ALL federal government contracts. So this could shut down all construction that is on the boards, approved and builders planning on this work load.
