We've organized a Task Force to work to roll-back the GRT-CEQA exemption, and are asking our members to join us in-person or online at the Great Redwood Trail Agency Board meeting this Thursday September 18 from 10:30-2:30!!

24 years ago, 1.6 million people asked USDA to protect 58 million acres of #RoadlessForests. On June 23, Secretary Rollins announced plans to remove those protections. Wildlife need intact forests and people need these forests for recreation. #SaveRoadless #RoadlessRule

The County of Sonoma’s proposed Local Coastal Plan/Land Use Plan went before the California Coastal Commission 11/14/24, after over a decade of public meetings, planning processes, many focused Planning Commission hearings, and then the Board of Supervisor hearings.

TY Napa RCD, WICC, Napa County for hosting a fabulous Water Symposium today! Both the Redwood Chapter and Napa Group were in attendance, with the Napa Group helping to sponsor the event. We learned so much and are so grateful to have many wonderful organizations and people fighting for our water!
