In September, SC staff & volunteers traveled to D.C. to participate in Wilderness Week to ask Congress to protect our public lands, support the Roadless Area Conservation Act, and safeguard park rangers & other stewards of shared lands.

In a time of division, Sierra Club members and activists led by Friends Across Borders gathered in honor of the 54th anniversary of Friendship Park. We celebrated #InternationalFriendshipDay here in hopes of seeing a future where this #PublicLand can be enjoyed together.
