I love Ulru (the gargoyle). He’s so tender and sweet. When a baby bird decides to nest within his crown of horns, he allows it. All he wants is to take care of those around him.

Cin (the incubi) is a private investigator. They hire a bodyguard to help protect them as they investigate. When they meet their new employer, sparks fly.

This 1 is proving to be a lil more challenging b/c they’re looking for a kidnapper/killer. Sometimes I forget that low angst applies to the relationship of the love interests & not the other conflicts in the story. When you hear “low angst” do you expect everything to be rainbows & butterflies? 2/4

One of the biggest departures was Lady Catherine. Her “will you ever marry my nephew” chat was actually on Darcy’s behalf! He was afraid Elizabeth would refuse to see him and so she went in and tested Elizabeth and then came out and gave her approval.
