Agreed. Honestly, I had heard the worries about it and shared those worries as I planned to attend, but my thoughts were: 1) better to do something and be there than not, and 2) I’m a middle aged white guy, gonna use my privilege like a weapon.

I just attended in Boston. It was real, sincere, grassroots and not well organized. It felt good to do something, no matter how small, rather than the big fat nothing that we’ve been able to do so far.
