How do we quantify the success of improvements like is? If so, what are the most important metrics & what would constitute success? (reduced number of flights, ridership...etc.) And is that an effective way to counter arguments that "it costs too much"

It'd be super interesting to hear about what the typical process is like to develop sources. Is it mostly transactional? Does it often take a lot of time? How do you build trust?...etc.
