Fortunate Son played over a military parade of obviously checked-out soldiers, marching out of sync to stroke the ego of a real estate mogul turned president who dodged the draft the song was written in criticism of.

As Israel pushes for the US to join its war against Iran, a desperate tactic to akin to how apartheid South Africa lashed out during its final years, remember that the marches against the Iraq war were civil, peaceful, massively well attended, & still failed.
