Our paper is out! We used Micro-C to study the 3D genome organization at high resolution in trypanosomes and revealed an extensive network of inter-chromosomal transcription hubs. read more at doi.org/10.1038/s414... 🧬 Great work from @claudiarabu.bsky.social @naturecomms.bsky.social
