That's got to be very specific to the state, I looked over a friend's shoulder as she did our state's ServSafe training and it was never mentioned

The only way it could possibly be relevant would be in an emergency medical situation where the sex of the patient might influence care, but from my training in that realm, you are not taught to look at someone's driver's license before starting CPR or whatever
