i keep bitching about this but i ran a version of this on Friday without being patronizing or sounding like a boomer but now the NYT version is the one that keeps getting shared

When I moved to the US (from India), I had friends tell me that I shouldn’t be putting Asian in the demographics qs as they mean only East Asian countries (which ended up untrue)
Point being: These forms are also not universal and often can mean different things to people of different origins!

I also wish people realised that it generates data, not information and the difference between the two is VITAL.
