Get down to the garden centre and get yourself a cheap little Kojo no mai or Incisa Paean and grow it on. This one is Incisa Paean and it flowers it's socks off every spring.

Thank you. More people should grow Alder as bonsai I think. Very forgiving as long as you give them plenty of water.
