The Mekons Rock N’ Roll is the best album of 1989 and it should win (but I will accept Paul’s Boutique in its place).

Now that you mention it, I’ve always played the version with no feature. Eve isn’t bad, but placing her first verse at the beginning of the song should have been disputed. However, on the Eve version you do get 7% more song.
