I guess a “glaze” kind? I find when I thin out acrylic paint and use it on canvas, it’s not even. I also have trouble blending with acrylics in general, I haven’t had much practice with them.

Can you actually taste the vanilla in recipes? I got a paste from Kroger (I can't recall the brand) and I don't notice much of a taste difference between that and regular vanilla extract.
