good start to this year's reading

listening to this yesterday and today, what an incredible record

some reading goals for next year:
-one "big book" a month (probably The Tunnel first...)
-reread all my Clarice Lispector + complete Cronicas
-more Fredric Jameson
-more poetry
-reread satantango + read the other Krasznahorkai books in that quartet

far too ambitious! but i will try!

i absolutely need to finish the 3 or 4 books I've been sitting on for the last month! posting so i maybe actually get this done...

been listening to a lot of blue note records for a couple of weeks now, these have been some of my favourite (re)discoveries

saw battles at Brudenell last night, new material sounded very cool
