The guy didn't have any kind of incident report, nothing. I thought he was fucking with me so I told him to get the fuck off the property.
He called SO to get me to ID myself, the Sgt was confused by my confusion as to what is happening.

Take the chance. Either give me the Chat from the shields, you hit a base or I could draw either on my turn and still win. Just go for it and stop doing more than you need to. If you hit a Char, it’s still your turn. Keep shield checking.
