21st Century Murk Dweller
Had my last go at it just now in VC with a friend, got to finish the season with this monster pile.

I miss it already

I guess the Haiku made me chuckle, but Zhao probably laps it fairly comfortably a few times over, and I'm not sure it's even the would-be winner

well i mean, it's saying that it's hiding AI images right there, so I can only assume that's what he looks like nowadays

I also tried and failed the Fastbond dream, but I did get to go off a couple of times. And it was beautiful.

When you read a 16 next to your Tolarian Academy you know that you must be doing something right

Two things I love:

Time Walk and Tamiyo
Timetwsiter(s) and Leovold

*chef's kiss*

Unfortunately it was soft as fuck to aggro, which is really good in this cube, so I couldn't clinch the 3-0. Once again, I'm out of gems.

check this one out I pulled off on day 1, have you ever seen this much sauce concentrated into a single pile?

Since this is, apparently, something that still happens to me, I have decided to invest into fifteen thousand identical copies of a shirt that looks like this

banning half the Statues and still leaving the other half free implies that they are somehow still envisioning a possible future where a Barrier Statue of the Torrent hits the field and the exact same thing doesn't happen again

Slushy is also underrated and from around the same time, we basically never see watercolors in card game artworks nowadays

that would produce something looking quite like that [perhaps precisely something M14/15-ish?] Even then, idk...)
Now a card that nobody ever brings up and I think could have not inconceivably showed up in an old frame core set is Bonfire Colossus, as something that's roughly Drew Tucker adjacent

Most of the time when people talk about "YuGiOh cards that look like Magic cards", or the other way around, they are working off a caricature of what either game looks, like and as such they are completely off base.

However, this is dead on for something that could've been in Pharaoh's Servant

#mtgmoxtober Day 5 - Moon

Wasn't home all of yesterday but didn't have a good idea for the prompt anyway, if something comes to me I'll go back.

Making it cost 2 is extremely brazen, but I'm still not sold on it being too outrageous power level wise.

#mtgmoxtober Day 3 - Wish

Really phoned in the name this time. Miracle 0 looks really scary but I'm fairly sure it's fine, all things considered.

#mtgmoxtober Day 2 - Meditation

The actual card Meditate is probably as good as it gets for cards where you are the one doing the meditating, most of my attempts at retreading that ground produced boring cards about doing a whole lot of nothing. This should at least generate some tenser situations

Day 1 - Rabbit

The BLB rabbit theme was a bit boring, so I went for a Soratami that left the skies to tend to the forests, doing a Crucible impression through OG Kamigawa's moonfolk mechanic.

Plays nicely with Channel Lands, Trade Routes, Amulet, Landfall, Sejiri Steppe, Pinglands, MLD, ...
