Research on menstrual-cycle-related phenomena in mental health is growing - but what does this mean for puberty, the stage when cycles begin?
Puberty may be a critical window for the emergence of cycle-related symptoms - yet adolescent-focused research and treatment approaches are still lacking..

A highlight was the Women’s Mental Health Seminar with Psych students, where I had the chance to answer their thoughtful questions on PMDD in clinical practice. This led us to discussions about therapeutic attitudes and personal values in the current challenging times, a truly hope-giving exchange🩵

Thanks to everyone who is showing #awareness for this important aspect of mental health care.
