Time to boast a bit: I've seen 2 job postings on LinkedIn where being able to use @ratiocity.bsky.social is listed as an asset. How cool is that?!

Spoke with students in #Geography at McGill today to give job search advice, and one question stumped me:

"How do you deal with imposter syndrome?"

I luckily don't really experience imposter syndrome, so can anyone suggest good resources on it? If asked again would love to give a better answer.
