if you call and they hang up on you, call back and immediately say you want to escalate to a supervisor because you were just hung up on. you don't even need to say any other details, just that you were hung up on and need to escalate

I had waited to call them until this morning, but I got a nice lady on the phone and I spoke from my wine biz perspective after reading all the news articles. I think my worry is of my love of size difference getting hit, guess if I post any here I add the disclaimer of "Everyone in this is 18+ male is just short.." exc exc.
Its trust issues of social moderation is why I sadly will never fully leave Twitter.
