Final 110k are from collecting the free green discs (forget the name) in the webstore, next to the daily crystal. Keep getting those tokens - 2 per day, 6 once per week - and you'll complete the first 2 milestones, which gives you 110k shields. KT1 has a video on it if this doesn't make sense.

Serpent, get True accuracy of sp1 and don't get hit, shuts his evade and auto block down the whole fight

Shorten your combos - MLLL - and dash back with guard down, it makes him less likely to throw endless heavies. Bait sp1. Spam sp3 over and over.
